To order a Superannuation Trust Deed amendment for your SMSF, simply fill out the online order form and fax to us a copy of your current Trust Deed signing page and Schedule Page (otherwise known as the Annexure). If you are unsure how to identify these, you can forward a copy of the whole Deed to us and we will return it with your completed amendment.
